Where will my treatment be done?
Treatments are provided as a mobile service and are completed for your convenience in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, salon bookings can be arranged upon request .
I am not sure what treatment is most suited for me - now what?
The free initial consultation offered to new customers allows our aesthetic practitioners to review your medical history, any medications you may be taking, previous aesthetic work you may have had and your intentions and goals for treatment. You will then decide together which treatments are appropriate & suitable for you.
The first treatment can follow immediately after assessment unless there are medical or other reasons to delay, such as recent invasive treatment.
I can't make my treatment, can I rearrange or cancel it?
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to do your original appointment time please give at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to rearrange the treatment time for you. This can be done once per booking. If you give less than 48 hours notice prior to rebooking or you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our treatment range uses only hypoallergenic products suitable for even sensitive skin. Our medically trained practitioners will assess your needs and can recognise and treat any issues in the very rare event they occur, and will follow you up free-of-charge if they do.
